The Client: Bimbo: Born in 1943 in Mexico City the baking giants prepare and distribute about 5000 products and have over 100 prestigious brands across 18 countries in the world.

The challenge: For over 70 years the Bimbo Group has incorporated the philosophy of building a sustainable, productive and people centred company. Installing electric vehicle (EV) charging points across its many sites is one way the company is moving to a low carbon future.

The solution: As one of only a few companies able to carry out both the underground (groundworks) and above ground work for EV charging points we were able to install points at two sites in Kent without the need for sub contractors.

The benefits we bring: We have teams of fully trained electricians and groundworkers ready and able to travel across the country. All our electrical team are Office of Zero Emission Vehicle OZEV certified (formerly OLEV) and we’re currently the only approved installation partner for Rolec EV after passing their rigorous audit and training. Our careful planning and coordination meant the installations were completed on time as agreed.
