ASDA

 The client: Asda is a British supermarket chain founded in 1949 with over 300 supermarkets, George stores, petrol stations and other outlets across the UK. We worked with Asda through City FM.

The challenge: The chain, through Cities Facilities Management needed a company to handle all their maintenance issues from inspections to minor and major faults across their busy estates, many of which are open to customers 24 hours a day. They needed a company to deliver anything required across multiple disciplines from groundwork repairs to plumbing, carpentry, ironmongering and painting and decorating.

The solution: We appointed expert teams with team leaders alongside a dedicated member of our maintenance admin team to manage and coordinate all work. We set up systems allowing jobs to be logged quickly and easily and managed and tracked effectively as part of the annual maintenance scheme.

Our coordination and adherence to the highest safety standards means we can carry out repairs and maintenance while stores are open with hundreds of shoppers in store or using the car parks.
