Scope of Works: Full Cleaning package of a new 667,000 sq ft UK parts distribution centre at Ellesmere Port. Works include:
External Clean to all 4 elevations incorporating bike sheds, smoking shelters, distribution hub, fire doors, roller shutters, windows and frames.
Internal Warehouse Clean of all cladding, steel purlins, metal columns, loading bay metal plates, roller doors, fire doors, windows & frames, including removal of all rubber tyre marks from slab floor and final polish.
Separate Builders Clean & Sparkle Clean of all Offices (including plant decks).

Sterling Services are delighted to have partnered with Winvic Construction to complete the full cleaning package of a new 667,000 sq ft UK parts distribution centre at Ellesmere Port. The building has been pre-let to Peugeot, a subsidiary of the global automaker Stellantis Group and is the biggest single cross-docked warehouse to be developed in the North West this year. Our client is targeting the highest level of building sustainability certification for the new development, including BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating. It will be certified as net zero carbon in operation for the base build works.
