Scope of Works: New steel framed masonry clad single story extension to the NHCF ‘The Gate’ community centre. Works include:
· Pad foundations structural suspended slab.
· Steel Portal Frame.
· Cavity wall construction. External facing brick to match existing.
· Insulated profiled roof sheets to match existing.
· Photovoltaic solar panels and a highly efficient refrigerant air to air heat pump providing both heating and cooling. Meeting Part L requirements, and reduced running costs for the building and its users.

News: Sterling Services are delighted to have been awarded, via the Fusion 21 Youth Investment Framework, the works for NHCF – ‘The Gate’. The space will be a multi-use space to meet the requirements of all the building users and stakeholders. The team that run and manage the building, together with the NHCF Board, have been actively involved in the development of the project. Under the expertise of our site manager, Colin McGee, we have started work on site and have made speedy progress with the reduce level dig for the foundations of the new extension.
