Managing Director

Paul started his career in the music industry, securing a recording album deal with his band, N-Trust, at the age of 18. He then continued the career for a further 14 years as a singer / songwriter, songwriter and producer running a recording studio and production business working with major artists, up-coming artists, producers and recording houses. At the age of 32, Paul moved from the music business into the family business in 2004.

In 2006 Paul became the managing director of Sterling and has remained in the role, ever since.

Paul still likes to play his guitars, write songs as well as walking, hiking and exercising as well as landscape photography. Paul is also working towards an MBA.
