The works comprise of substantial clearance of undergrowth then carry out the following works:

• New drainage installation

• Extension to the existing concrete warehouse yard

• Construction of new and additional car parking bays

• New grassed area to the side of offices

• Repairs to existing security fencing

• 3 week tight deadline to complete all works
