Lee Muscat

Operations Director

Lee first started his career, aged 16 at Sterling Surfacing. The forerunner to what is Sterling Services today. He served his apprenticeship and learnt his trade before moving onto larger road construction companies working all over the UK on major projects. Over the years, Lee moved from the role of ‘raker’ to senior foreman. He then re-joined Sterling Services over 12 years ago and went from a senior foreman to the operations director running schemes of up to £1.5m. Lee is now heading up a new surfacing division of Sterling launching in 2022.

Lee plays golf, frustratingly in his spare time, or follows his beloved Everton Football Club, equally frustratingly, in his spare time.
