Joe Earley

Operations Manager - Maintenance Division

Joe joined Sterling Services in 2006, working on a variety of maintenance projects and has since progressed to Maintenance Operations Manager. He has played an instrumental role in developing the maintenance side of the business and has established successful relationships with key stakeholders. As such, Sterling Services is now celebrating over 15+ years completing PPM and reactive maintenance works on behalf of City Facilities Management and 6+ years with Certas Energy. Joe takes a hands-on approach to his role frequently visiting sites, completing surveys and feeding back to regional facilities management.  In addition he shares the vast amount of knowledge, skills and experience he’s gained over the last 16 years to assist other members of the team to achieve positive outcomes. 

In his spare time, Joe enjoys renovating property and spending time with his family.
