Heather has over 11 years of experience working in construction in various administrative positions. Her roles have introduced her to a wide range of sectors including, hospitality, facilities management, and human resources. Heather’s background includes creating and maintaining office business systems and being responsible for all HR documentation of employees. 

 

Heather joined Sterling Services in 2015 and is currently maintenance helpdesk manager, working closely with the Operations Director, managing of all maintenance jobs for Certas Energy UK. Heather duties include managing our specialised operatives, liaising with the client leadership teams, managing sub-contractors. Heather is also responsible for the pre-planned maintenance with our clients which includes managing servicing, ground maintenance and faults for over 120 depots and up to 70 retail sites.
