Contracts Manager - Projects Division

Over his 38 year career, David has experience in all aspects in the construction industry. From his initial training with Wimpey Group Services Ltd and many early years with Wates Construction (Eastern) Ltd much of his work was in the education, health care and pharmaceutical industries. He has held many posts, from site engineer, site manager, project manager to contracts manager and company director. Originally from Bedfordshire, his work was predominantly in central London and East Anglia after which he re-located to the North West in 2001 to join Aztec Interiors (Northern) Ltd.

He has been responsible for the delivery of multi million pound contracts, including the refurbishment of Waterloo Station and St Paul’s Cathedral.

David joined Sterling Services in 2018 as a contracts manager and is an integral part of the projects division, responsible for the delivery of our larger schemes. He provides daily support to our site managers and supervisors on smaller scale projects.

He is a keen rugby supporter, ex-player and ex-coach and also enjoys walking and canoeing.
