Head of Cleaning Division

After beginning his career in the Construction & Property sector 20 years ago, Chris has worked in a variety of positions within this field gaining extensive knowledge of both the commercial & sales aspects of the industry, as well as the construction & operational side.

Chris progressed to a senior level position within Estate Agency in his early years, before spending 5 years in the world of Facilities/Property Management.

With the knowledge gained in these roles and his thirst for sales still strong, Chris began the next phase of his career in Construction & Property Recruitment, achieving huge success and gaining multiple promotions along the way.

Recruiting for blue & white-collar staff for the likes of Balfour Beatty, Kier, Vinci & Lovell but to name a few, his reputation as a specialist in his field grew, as did the strength of the relationships he’d established with various other businesses throughout the sector also – culminating in Chris being offered the opportunity to take on various Industrial Cleaning contracts as a subcontractor.

After multiple contracts being delivered, and further clients submitting tender requests, Chris quickly realised that to take this opportunity to the next level and obtain the growth to match his ambition, he would need to work within an established and already successful business that has the knowledge and expertise of other Senior professionals for him to call upon – Sterling Services.

Since joining the business Chris has already delivered 2 schemes and secured another 5……. It’s incredibly exciting times ahead for Sterling Services’s Cleaning Division!
