Caitlin has over 13 years of experience in health and safety on construction projects of all sizes and natures. Her background includes working for Cold Air Projects (Ltd) – South Africa for 10 years. Cold Air Projects (Ltd) specialises in large mechanical & HVAC projects on some of the most elite projects in South Africa including Soccer City (2010 world cup Final Stadium) and Tshwane House (City of Tshwane Headquarters & Council Chamber). Caitlin joined Sterling in 2018 as the health and safety manager for the company, after immigrating from South Africa to the UK. Shortly after her appointment it was noted that Caitlin had a great rapport with the personnel and also a keen interest in the workings and running of the Project Division. She has now been appointed as our SHEQ director building the in house team to be dedicated to our Health & Safety, Environmental impact and our integrated management systems that form the quality section of Sterling.

A life-long learner who is always studying something new (at present completing a NEBOSH Diploma with hopes to progress onto a further degree such as an MBA in the future), Caitlin enjoys travelling, walking, hiking and painting.
