Angela has 23 years’ customer service experience in the travel industry served at Manchester Airport, Angela’s background includes working for multiple tour operators servicing the ticket desk for Thomas Cook Travel.  Angela added value by building excellent communication and interpersonal skills both with the customer and the passengers, in 2013 Angela was promoted to working on the ground for British Airways. For the first year Angela gained leadership experience and was offered the position of the lead agent, promoted again after 2 short years on this service role , Angela moved up to become the lead gate and business lounge agent, meeting and greeting before checking and booking customers to enter the executive lounge to await boarding and take-off.

Angela’s hobbies include spending quality time with family, grandchildren, walking, reading, and socialising with friends.
