The scope of work requested included the refurbishment of the technical block, the installation of a new fire roller shutter in the canteen area, and the renovation of the existing reception area.
The work undertaken included the remodeling and enhancement of the school reception area, structural repairs to the classroom floor slab, the creation of a new kitchen serving area, and the installation of new fire shutters.
One of the challenges we faced was the need for a redesign of detailed drawings at the pre-start phase.
Additionally, extra work was incorporated within the original timeframe, which required careful planning and coordination to ensure that all tasks were completed without extending the project’s schedule.
