This project involved the remodelling and refurbishment of the main reception area, waiting room and records store within the ground floor of the existing health centre, converting the space into 6x new consulting rooms, 2x new treatment rooms, new reception area, waiting room and staff office, the construction of a new plant room, store and associated corridors.
Works included strip out and structural alterations, construction of a new plant room, HVAC and electrical rewire to all areas, clinical workstations and IPS to treatment rooms, new reception desk, new fire doors, fire stopping works, suspended ceilings, floor coverings and decoration throughout.
