The electrical refurbishment at Mosscroft Community Centre in Knowsley involved several key upgrades to modernize the facility. The work included the installation of multiple automatic warm air hand dryers, ceiling-mounted extract fans, and a flush ceiling fan for improved ventilation.
An emergency assist alarm system was installed in the disabled WC, along with new lighting and face plates throughout the center. A new video/audio door entry system with a maglock enhanced security at the main entrance, while a fire alarm panel and intruder alarm were installed to boost safety. Additionally, trunking and data systems were updated, and a new electrical supply was installed for the boiler. All systems were tested and commissioned, with O&M manuals provided for future maintenance.
Our partners who manage the Community Centre are absolutely delighted with the outcome of the project and will be able to continue to provide a range of services to their local community and have a positive impact on the families they support.
