Balconies were repaired and redecorated to enhance both safety and aesthetics. Additionally, all UPVC windows were professionally sprayed to give them a modernized look. External improvements were made to upgrade the buildings’ overall appearance and durability, while the surrounding outdoor area was transformed through landscaping to create a more inviting environment for residents.
I was very happy with the outcome of the project; we encountered many complications which changed the scope of works significantly. The Sterling team worked very hard to provide quick solutions to these complications and implemented them on site very efficiently.
I was more than happy with the Sterling teams on site at all times. They were very professional, courteous and tried their upmost to keep the project on track.
Communication with us was excellent, the site manager (Jason) and project manager (Frank) had their hands full at times with more than a few issues arising from the fabric of the building, which were only identified when the scaffolding was erected. This required clear concise communication at all times to ensure each element was programmed and managed effectively to provide continuity to the project. This was carried out very professionally and was communicated to all stake holders in real time, this made overseeing a fast-moving ever-changing project from my perspective a lot easier. At Livv we are very strict on Health and Safety and with the nature of this project had a real interest in ensuring that safety on site was paramount, Sterlings health and safety department were very supportive with this and were happy to attend site to discuss any issues big or small.
I would definitely recommend Sterling for future works; I believe we developed a good working relationship with Sterling despite the complex challenges we encountered, and I look forward to working with them again.”Daniel Atherton, Project manager
