This project involved the construction of a new oil and fuel storage and distribution depot on a greenfield site.
The scope included the design and build of an office building, a tank farm with associated bunds and bases, and the implementation of drainage attenuation and interceptor systems. Additionally, the project featured the development of a new staff car park, along with fencing and landscaping to complete the site.
Non-functional when providing water flow to the depot
During the project, we encountered a challenge with the mains water service connection, which was found to be non-functional when providing water flow to the depot. To overcome this issue, we had to install an additional water feed connecting the water mains to the depot. This solution ensured a reliable and adequate water supply for the site.
